Si esos que se amasan en un tinaj\u00f3n de barro, que se enrollan en las ca\u00f1as del rio, y que Pedro Almod\u00f3var film\u00f3 en la pel\u00edcula Volver, rodada en parte en Gran\u00e1tula, m\u00e1s concretamente en el cementerio.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\"><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><br \/>\nTrozos de ca\u00f1a de diez cent\u00edmetros, una medida de vino blanco, doble de aceite de oliva y zumo de naranja, anis dulce, harina, azucar, canela, aceite para freir.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div align=\"CENTER\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/oretum.es\/gastronomia\/linea.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Tahoma;\">Previamente tostaremos el aceite de oliva virgen a\u00f1adi\u00e9ndole un trocito de corteza de naranja seca. Dejaremos enfriar. Haremos una masa con el vino, aceite, zumo de naranja y anis dulce. A\u00f1adiremos harina hasta conseguir una pasta &#8211; es importante que la masa no quede dura -. La extenderemos con el rodillo en una capa fina. Procederemos a envolver con ellas las ca\u00f1as usando nuestras manos para darle la forma adecuada. Freiremos en abundante aceite de oliva.
