{"id":3256,"date":"2021-06-28T19:31:49","date_gmt":"2021-06-28T17:31:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/donoso.es\/?p=3256"},"modified":"2021-06-30T18:45:13","modified_gmt":"2021-06-30T16:45:13","slug":"3256","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/donoso.es\/?p=3256","title":{"rendered":"Pipirrana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Y de mi tierra, Gran\u00e1tula y el Campo de Calatrava, y de nuestros vecinos del norte de Andaluc\u00eda, mas concretamente en el norte de Ja\u00e9n, os traemos la Pipirrana.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dos tomates rojos.<\/li>\n<li>Un pimiento verde<\/li>\n<li>Un pepino.<\/li>\n<li>Dos huevos cocidos.<\/li>\n<li>Aceite virgen del Campo de Calatrava, un buen cornicabra con sabor y poder.<\/li>\n<li>Vinagre<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Y en la versi\u00f3n que hace el fraile calatravo tambi\u00e9n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un diente de ajo.<\/li>\n<li>Un trozo de pan.<\/li>\n<li>Y sin pepino<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Y ahora que hace calor nada mejor que esta ensalada, un Pipirrana.<\/p>\n<p>Os dejo al padre \u00c1ngel haciendo la receta.
